I know u cant eat dairy products during induction but can i use yogurt to merinate the meat/chicken to be fried or grilled later.Also since i am from pakistan alot of our dry meat dishes r yoghurt based ( around 200gms) .. along wid other spices.can i use it or shud i completely avoid it.
| Yogurt is not allowed during Induction. Not allowed at all, even if you only marinate meat in it. You can start using it in OWL Rung 2 though.
