Re: Help im fat | | Nothing wrong! During Induction the scale can go up and down by several pounds. That's why we advise that people not weigh in until the end. Watching it flop can make you crazy! Probably water related. Salt intake, cheese, processed meats, normal body fluctuations, TOM, medications, working out---all these things can play a part so that's why it is better to measure inches too. Then you can see that the inches are still dropping even if the scale is not cooperating.
