I'm don't know how much you have to lose, but keep in mind that 10 lbs for someone who has to lose 20 is like 50 lbs for someone who has to lose 100. It's a relative thing, so don't be disappointed and think Atkins doesn't work for you if you don't lose 10 lbs in 14 days. Also, if you don't have much to lose, it's best to move to OWL immediately after the first two weeks and progress through OWL and Pre-Maintenance, so that you reach Maintenance by the time you reach your goal weight.

Yep, add some Induction veggies there. Three cups of them.
