Maybe take a peek at what you're eating....have you been eating a little more salt than usual? Or perhaps you're coming up to your TOM.....or what about your cheese consumption.....just a few things to consider and if none of these things apply.....just be patient and keep doing everything you're suppose to be doing and it will move.
We're all here behind you....keep up the great work!

Thank you for your encouraging and supporting words of advice! I have taken a look at my current eating habits and I've kicked out low carb bread and tortillas, diet pop (only used as a treat once in a while anyway) and pretty much sticking to induction friendly foods at this point. I am very stingy with salty foods as they make me puff up like a blow fish...and the TOM is a possibility. I have PCOS so my TOM is kind of hit and miss, so we'll see. I'll just keep truckin along and see if I can find a way to improve by this weekend, and if I don't, I'll forget about it, relax, enjoy my weekend, and come back stronger and harder next week. I really appreciate your help, support and advice! Congrats on all of your success, you are so inspirational!
