Going back to the 'fat' me is like undoing all my hard work. I tried going back on my WW plan for a few days but it was far too complicated with a new baby

This is my 3rd day on Atkins. I feel very sick, tired and dizzy. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? This is what I've eaten...

Monday breakfast- 2 slices bacon, 3 eggs.
Monday Dinner - 3 small Chicken thighs, 1/2 courgette, 1 small onion, 1/2 can chopped tomatoes.

Tuesday Breakfast- 2 slices bacon, 8 cherry tomatoes, 3 eggs
Tuesday Dinner - Large chicken leg, 1 cup beansprouts (no sauce)
Tuesday snacks - Bag of pure pork scratchings (no carbs)

Wednesday Breakfast- 1 small onion, 1/2 courgette, 3 eggs, 50g cheddar cheese.

I drink plenty of water and 2 cups of coffee with 1 splenda per day.

Please help. I hate feeling like this
Very normal to feel this on the third day. It is what we call induction flue. You are transitioning to ketosis. Hang in there. It will pass. You have to count your carbs a bit. One small onion is a bit carby. Don't skip a meal and though pork scratchings are legal they are kind of salty so try and limit your portions.
And water. More water. Even more water- Just pure water.
