How is induction going for you? Many people on the board encourage others to move up to rung 1 after their 14 days on induction and I support that as well. It's really and individual thing. I know others have had great success with continued weight loss moving up after their 14 days.
Keep in touch and let me know how it's going for you and where you're deciding to go.
All the best!

Sarina, induction was fine but there are a lot that I should have been doing but didn't. I have decided to continue with the extended induction. If you go to my journal stats at this link,
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ml#post1090767 , I talked about why I chose this. I have to get this first part right. So, I'm going to take my time with induction and do it in 14-day increments with an evaluation on the 14th day. When I am comfortable and feeling confident, then I'll move to OWL. I'll KIT and let you know how I'm doing.
