I am glad to hear of your success so far

However in case any other newcomers to Atkins get confuse by some items on your menus I wanted just to add a few comments.

Unless people don't like egg yolks it is generally better to eat whole eggs.

Almonds and fruits (unless you mean things like bell peppers and cucumbers) are not induction-friendly according to DANDR, so would be better left till the relevant level/rung of the second (main weightloss) phase of Atkins, aka Ongoing weight loss/OWL.

Remember, we are supposed to be getting 'most' of our net carbs from our veggies on induction
