Last night i checked and i was under ketosis with moderate ketones. I also had horrible breath and a metallic taste in my mouth. I woke up this morning and the breath and taste are gone and the ketone shows small amount of ketones. I didnt eat or drink anything in between since i was asleep. Am i leaving ketosis?
