Re: Roll Call, 7/1/09, Wednesday! | | Good afternoon everyone. I am here, accounted for, and admitting that right now I am eating some super salty snacks! I will probably regret it in the morning, but its all I wanted. I had a breakfast of turkey, tomato, and spinach omelette, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of bacon. I was not able to finish it. I was shocked. I ate half of it and just HAD to push it away. Then lunch time came and went and my stomach just lurched at the thought of eating something. So, I have settled in to 5 cheese crisps (made from parmasen reggiano), 10 slices presliced pepperoni, and one dill pickle. Yeah....alllllll that sodium!
I have been craving greasy, fatty things. For instance, chicken isn't even appealing ot me right now, but I keep thinking about hamburgers. No, I don't mean on the bun and all, but wrapped in lettuce with some mayo, pickle, and tomato, and cheese. Mmmmm. Funny thing is I had one last friday, Monday afternoon, and yesterday afternoon. Then, when I went to the store today I bought MORE stuff to have MORE burgers! LOL What's up with me?
Anywhoo, the scale is still at 12 lbs this morning. But, I am feeling fine! Happy day everyone.
