I find myself comfortable with my eating lifestyle, its satisfying and I'm not usually hungry. So I just keep plugging away at it. I've moved up to the owl rung and I think I'll hang around here for a while. I rarely eat nuts but I do like my veggies. I've found new hobbies which I enjoy such as canning all kinds of berries. No I haven't tasted a thing I've made so far but we go out and pick the berries, we process the berries and clean and cook them so its a long process that I find incredibly satisfying. At the end of August I get to go back to school. I've been looking forward to thins since I made the decision to go back. I look forward to going back less of a person. LOL. So this is my new lifestyle. Its insane and incredibly busy but satisfying in a way I'd forgotten. |
it's not how much time you spend in the gym it's how much work you get done.
10 minutes in on treadmill with HIIT is same as an hour of regular pace running.
it's easier on your joints, it gets your heart rate up more than normal pace running, burns fat more and for longer and you recover much quicker.

A study by Gibala et al.[4] demonstrated 2.5 hours of sprint interval training produced similar biochemical muscle changes to 10.5 hours of endurance training and similar endurance performance benefits

it's almost the same as shuttle run you did at school, instead of picking up pace each beep, you just go at 90% for up to 25 seconds, rest for 25 and do that up to 8 cycles.
i prefer to do it on street near my house, no cars around, i already have my starting lines ready
just do a sprint for 20 seconds, mark the lines from start to finish and off you go
i recommend you start with 5-6 for 2 weeks so your body gets used to it. you will be amazed at results.
