Becoming a serial weigher is a lot of pressure on a person. Letting a scale tell us what kind of day we are going to have is insane. Weigh yourself on a schedule to your liking (once a week, once a month, every month after TOM .. whatever works for you).
Also, I have spent many years on Atkins. I seldom registered any change on the ketostix. And guess what ... I lost weight. So, my message is to do what you are supposed to be doing for a month and relax a bit about the weight and the stix. You will lose weight if you follow the plan. |
