I think I've always feared the fat before and maybe that's why I didn't go into ketosis or lose very quickly. I also realize that I had carb-creep-amundo. I'm sticking to very real food and fitdaying everything this time around.

Is there a rule of thumb for a good fat to carb ratio? Today my food came out to an even 65 Fat - 5 Carb - 30 Protein.

Thanks,
c

Rule of Thumb is 65/30/5 -- this is something to strive for...not set in stone.
