Sounds like you already know the reasons why you should be on Atkins - you lost 40, you felt better, you felt good in your "skinny" clothes. Keep posting and join a challenge or 2, it really keeps you accountable.
The carbs will always be lurking, but if you focus on all the wonderful foods you can have, maybe you can push those nasty carbs to the back of the line!
