That's wonderful Carole. I also have had good results with my sugar. I take 1 glyburide before dinner at night (5mg) I think that is what keeps my sugar a night so good (95-110) after supper.
Good news!

I finally broke my stall after 3 months and lost 2.5 pounds last week. I thought it was a mistake on the scale so I kept weighing myself to see if it would change and the numbers would be there for me every day. I think I am ready for increasing my carbs. I have been adding a veggie each day and I think that helped me move my stall.
Still can't download my little tags. I will keep trying. My water for July is now my challenge and to walk 2 miles when I can.
