Re: I wanna do this so bad!!!!! | | We can't do this for you ---- so you need to make your mind up and make sure nothing gets in your way....if you have bad food in your home get rid of them -- when you want to eat something you shouldn't go take a walk, do some crunches, pushups, jog, whatever -- when you are busy you'll forget about eating.
Make small goals (like 10 pounds)and take it a day at a time.....also, don't say I have to loose down to my first mini goal by a certain day...things happen with our bodies and there will be times you might not get to a certain goal in a certain time....there is no golden rule as to how much you'll loose in a specific time....if so, we'd all be skinny now!!! LOL
Get through the first few days and you'll be well on your way!!! |
