I love squash blossoms!

Anyhow, rinse them before you use them.

I like them in a frittatta---beat eggs, add the blossoms, add herbs and spices of your choice (chives, basil, etc.), then cook it in a skillet.

You could also stuff them with cheese, chopped cooked veggies, chopped cooked meat, then put them in a skillet and gently cook them until the cheese is melted and holds the filling together.
