The best thing to do is not to beat~up on your self, learn from your mistake & get right back on track tomorrow AM, knowing that we are all human & most of us on the program may slip~up from time to time!!!

The other GREAT option is that is is why we have this AWESOME Forum to turn to, to spill the beans so to
speak, for support & friendship & move~on to another great ANA Healthy Whole Foods Filled Day!!!
