Default Re: Cheated during a horribly stressful night

don't start over just get up in the morning and stick with the plan....if you had gone off all day and eaten everything bad for you I'd say start over......but it's really not that bad.

when you get stressed find something else to do....I walk or ride my stationary bike. To begin with I always walked because I couldn't get to the cupboards or refrigerator when I was half way down the street! Find something that will help with the stress...turn it around to work for you not against you.

I'm on my 3rd marriage so I remember the feelings you're having -- hang in there!!
