I had cheese eggs and bacon for breakfast and lunch, for a snack inbetween lunch and dinner i had a handful of almonds (dont know if thats legal) and for dinner had salmon and broccoli. By the end of the day i felt EXHAUSTED! i was super tired and every muscle on my body ached. I feel a little better today tho. This morning i am in ketosis and dropped 2 lbs aready!
