Re: At what point do you go from water weight loss to fat? | | Once you start into ketosis (3 or 4 days in) you should start losing fat. Your water will continue to go up and down at times with TOM, sodium intake, workouts so you will see fluctuations on the scale at times but that doesn't mean you are gaining fat. Just a temporary water surge.
