There's lots more to Atkins than chicken and steak! The Splenda based syrups can make a decaf coffee or tea with heavy cream taste like a heavenly treat.

You can sweeten your cream cheese with it for a dessert. Better yet: sweeten your half-cup serving of canned pumpkin and/or cream cheese with it for a very satisfying dessert. There are many more flavors besides vanilla.

As long as you obey the rule of three servings of artificial sweetener a day, the liquid Splenda syrups have no carbs at all, unlike the powdered kind, which have dextrose and maltodextrin as carriers.
