hi,
i am just starting atkins today (induction) and desperately need advice on a current adiction to crystal light ice tea. i usually drink 2 quarts a day. i also like an occasional diet coke and am wondering if these are ok or if i need to limit them.
also, is parmesan cheese allowed during the induction period?
