Re: July Strength Challenge - It is for YOU - sign up | | Day 2; 15 minute commitment. Used the equipment at the gym and I'm embarrassed to say I don't know the names of the machines I used. I'll learn them before the end of the month, I promise!! Anyway, I used 4 different machines for lower body and did 2 sets of 15 reps after doing 20 minutes on the treadmill at elevation 7.
