Default Re: 1 Cup of cooked broccoli - Fitday says 13 carbs, atkins carb counter says 3.2

Was the one cup measurement of raw broccoli before it was cooked, or one cup measured after it was cooked? That makes a lot of difference.

Just so you know, your one cup "other veggies," like broccoli, need to be measured raw, before cooking. A cup of raw veggies will cook down to about half a cup.

Fitday doesn't deduct fiber--you have to do the math.
