Re: 20 pounds down | | Actually it is that easy.The key is keeping the carbs low.You keep them below where hunger starts being an issue, the wt will come off consistently.Try to up the carbs where hunger comes back, then it is very easy to regress, and then quit.Everyones carb intake level where hunger returns is different.Mine is under 20 gms a day.Wish it was higher but I can live with it.Congrats on your loss and enjoy the journey. |
