(number in set vary from 15 to 8 depending on exercise and my ability :/ )
db bench press 40 lbs 3 sets
bent over rows 35 lbs 3 sets
db pullovers 40 lbs 3 sets
Arnold press 20 lbs 3 sets
lat raises and forward raises (10 lbs and 8 lbs.) 3 sets
supinating curls 20 lbs 2 sets
tricep kickbacks 15 lbs 2 sets
hammer curls 20 1 set
tricep dips 1 set
plank; plank with glider slides
