Default Before and During First Time on Atkins

My husband and I are doing this together, he has done it before and had success. So I decided to give it a try.

Last year I was 220, over the past year I have managed to lose 20 on various diets, but I was always putting little bits back on.

I started Atkins on the 22nd of June, since then I have gone down 12lbs. My husband has gone down almost 15lbs. I am so proud of us!!

Here is my before (aprox 2 weeks before we started)



and after 1 week (this past Monday)
