Re: why im not losing weight? | | yes i only eat induction safe foods and i drink more than enough water usaully 6 to 8 16oz bottles a day. the only food i eat that i didnt see on the list is pickles. i eat one or two every other day. but everybody ive asked on this site has said that pickles are o.k and i figured they were since they are made from cucumbers but you never know.
back when i first started the diet i did lose some weight and inches but then i stalled for a while.fell off the wagon.then eventually got back on and have been ever since.One of the biggest reasons i keep eating this way is i feel a lot better when im doing atkins than when i am not.
i have been back in ketosis now for three weeks and have only lost 5lbs and no inches off my body.
i do exorcize as much as i can for the situation im in. i wish i could do a lot more cardio like running and what not but it is impossible for me right now.
