You have lost 5 pounds. and you won't see the kind of dramatic lost you saw during your first Induction because you haven't strayed for that long. Most people's losses slow way down after the initial six week period and I suspect that may be what is happening to you. A complete stall is not uncommon for a couple of weeks. It is called Post Induction Stall Syndrome (PISS) and if you stay on plan it will break in a couple weeks and the weight loss will begin again. Stay off the scale. Keep eating clean. And give yourself a month of concentrating on just feeling better and following as closely as you can.
