They're a low carb bread of sorts. I've seen the "rolls" (look like hamburger buns in size and shape) in both sourdough and pumpernickel. They have longer ones "long deli rollz" that look like hot dog buns in Italian, pumpernicke land one more that escapes me at the moment.
They taste a lot like 'regular' bread. I've used the longer ones to make a "hoagie". The carb counts vary, but they're in the 3-6 carbs per roll range.
They also have "sweet rolls" which look like hamburger buns again, but are.... you guessed it... SWEET. In those I've only tried the cinnamon-raisin. Not bad with a blob of cream cheese on it for breakfast, if you prefer that sort of thing.
They also have muffins. I tried the blueberry ones and to be honest, I thought they were fairly icky. Way too sweet, very small for the carbs and didn't taste like much. Kinda mushy, too.
