My first time doing Atkins (2003), I started at 198lbs (in April) and got to low 150-ish by the fall.
This time I think I am losing a bit slower but I am still happy. I started in April at 183 and I am down to 164 now.
Everyone does lose at a different rate but that just gives you an idea of what you might see.
What I am doing differently my 2nd time around is exercising and taking the time to really understand OWL and the rungs and why they are important.
