I noticed that although you are near your goal weight your Atkins phase is showing as 'extended induction'.

Have you thought about following all the Atkins phases instead of just the initial one and finding your CCLL and if any foods affect you as you gradually add back the different OWL rung foods?

It will be harder to do now than if you had moved on to the main weightloss phase earlier in your Atkins journey, as you are so close to goal and your losses have slowed. but you could use the 'blood sugar' symptoms to see how the foods affect you as you climb the OWL ladder.
