hey! =) Im new to this place and started induction a few days ago (well not induction entirely, but close to 20 net carbs/day, and ive never even thought of a low carb diet before so im all new to carb counting) and was doing really well tell last night... 4th of july =



... and after quite a few strong carb packed alcoholic beverages those 5 pizzas

that the group picked up 2 hours beforehnd (that i hadn't touched!) didnt seem like such a bad idea anymore and i ended up eating 4 slices!!

bah! like the drinking wasn't bad enough!
so Im going to start up again tomorrow, because I seriously believe this diet is going to be the one that works for me and ill just try to think of it as a holiday splurge and not let it get me down
I hope we can become good supportive friends!
(sorry i went a little crazy with the emoticons lol)
