Re: New to Forum | | Hi there well I am on the go all the time work 10 hours a day so I pack a lunch of 5 slices of Hickory Farms Sausage 1 boiled egg and snack on cracklins. I do use cream in my coffe and use spenda. I do eat a salad of only lettuce and eat tuna for lunch or ham that is packaged. In the evening I eat salad again and meat either baked or fried. I do not use flour or eat bread but I did stop the diet last night so my question would be should I start all over again or continue on Phase 2? |
