well i thought i had it all worked out | | my first day n already gone wrong i thought we could eat all meat s which we can as long as u make sure there no added ingrediants please help i have spent ages reading up on all the food n i obviously gone wrong some where i had sausages this morning but they had added ingredients so i have messed up already with my diet, is it all prossesed meats i have to watch out for or can i just check how many carbs are in them |
