Re: new to the atkins diet | | Don't give up. I am on my 5th day of induction. I printed out the accepted food list for the induction diet and anytime I am hungry I will eat anything off that list. I have lost about 5 pounds. Eat if you are hungry.... just make sure you stick to the list. I write everything down that I eat in a notebook and keep track of the carbs. It takes some practice. This is the second time I have done Atkins. It does work. I really like the forum. It is a useful tool and gives you a lot of motivation. So far everyone one on here has been very helpul and full of inspiration. Keep it up it will get better.
