Please understand that site follows a specific book, Dr. Atkins, New Diet Revolution 2002ed (DANDR2002). Other sites may not follow the same rules (same version of the plan) - so searching on the internet for how to "do Atkins" may be very confusing. Please consider reading the book - it will improve your understanding of the plan and therefore increase your chances of success! It is available at most bookshops & online.
