Re: new to the atkins diet | | It sounds like you need to read the rules and get to know the foods you are allowed to eat on induction. You are going to have to learn to read the ingredients (not just the nutrition label) and know what the different names for sugar are.
Check these links for additional help -- do you have the 2002 DANDR book? It will help more than anything because once you read it you will know what you are doing. Now is the time to make changes – stop using these products. If you need a “flavor” in your water float a lemon or lime slice on top of your water
