Re: Need Serious Help!! :-( (Atkins Fan) | | Try cutting out the Atkins bar (they stall some people's losses) and caffeine. You could also cut out the fruit & nuts - unless you have climbed the rungs (adding foods back one at a time), you won't know what the problem is. You may be eating too many carbs/day to lose, or it could be a specific food. If you cut them all out & start losing, you could add them back one at a time & see if you continue losing. If you stop losing again, you've either reached your CCLL (max carbs you can eat & still lose) or a certain food prevents you from losing weight (you may be able to add it back in maintenance).
