I am going through serious frustrations regarding my recent weight gain. I was 107 lbs couple of months ago until i started low carb not induction exactly. It has def helped me keep my blood sugar stable. I feel much better and satisfied.

My only problem is that I cannot loose those 5 lbs back. I am not doing induction, but I follow a very low carb meal plan. No breads, pasta or even fruits except berries and nuts.

Please suggest me something asap. I asked for help on facebook atkins. But I got no help. This is my last try or else i would be compelled to go back to my previous low calorie, low fat diet(that has left me shaky 24/7).

I drink lots of water too!!

Are you doing Atkins, Deepanjali? If you are, I assume you are in OWL Rung 4, right? Or Pre-Maintenance, since you only have 5 lbs to lose? Did you introduce foods one by one, to see which one affects your weight loss? BTW, Atkins bars are known stallers and many people have problems with them.

Are you exercising?

In any case, the last 5 lbs come off quite difficult for everyone even if everything is done right.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
