i don't see how tall you are so i won't assume short, tall or inbetween. you only have 5 pounds that you want to lose however you already mentioned that you "exercise intensely 3-4 days a week". it's quite possible that the 5 pounds is actually muscle and you are toning. you might actually be the size you want to be regardless of what the scale says.
