I am a new member just signed up today. I have been really struggling with exercise--Not enough time! BUT I have joined in hopes of chatting with others who are where I am, being motivated by them, and helping to motivate others as well. I started Induction on June 8th and started off doing SO WELL. I even got my office involved so I wouldn't be doing it alone BUT here I am upset with myself for 'falling off the wagon' for the last 2 weeks. I am committed to getting back on track so I committ to 500 for July. I am also going to commit to 500 Situps/crunches.
