[jigglypuff]

ok so I know we are supposed to use splenda..but I noticed in things with aspertame there are no carbs whereas in spleda there are carbs...so what is up with that I have been using crystal lite packets with aspartame and still losing like a pound every day or every other day... I am down to 195 right now.... woo hoo
