Aspartame isn't allowed on Atkins. Dr. Atkins found it caused stalling in his patients where Splenda didn't. Are you drinking 64 ounces of pure water daily or drinking crystal light products only? You do realize that crystal light and sugar free kool-aid are mostly chemicals and have nothing real in them...you may be loosing now but when it stops you'll be asking why. ANY sweetner has to be counted as 1 carb - even if it doesn't have that in the label.

Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day, including:
Filtered water
Mineral water
Spring water
Tap water

Crystal Lite, sugar free teas, sodas & smoothies – don’t count – PURE water is the only thing that counts toward your daily water intake. If you need a “flavor” in your water float a lemon or lime slice on top of your water
