Re: Hey Ya'll | | So tomorrow looks like eggs for breakfast, I already boiled them this evening. They're quick and easy for the mornings. Lunch is a salad of Romaine lettuce, boiled egg, cheddar cheese and my own made dressing of EVOO, lemon juice and paprika. Dinner is chicken and cauliflower. Does this menu look alright so far? One question I do have, what type of bacon should I buy if I wanted bacon bits? How do I know which ones have sugar etc? Also for asparagus and other veggies, is it alright to buy canned? What about bagged salad? Thank you all for your advice and encouragement!!
