Re: Another 50+ member | | It happened again last night when I came back to check in -- couldn't get in....I was told Tom has been informed and will check on the database. I emailed him the first night and ask what as going on .....
The fireworks started around noon today -- I haven't heard any for about 5 minutes so I'm hoping everyone has finally gone to bed and the rest of us can sleep now. Our dog is shell shocked and hasn't been outside in a couple days....I'm hopin with people going back to work tomorrow we won't have any fireworks going off tomorrow. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the 4th of July and celebrating our country -- the problem is this has been going on since Thursday -- 10 - 12 hours of fireworks -- constant deafening sound -- the smell of sulphur and smoke so thick you can barely see across the street. A few fireworks are one thing -- we've been living in a friggin war zone.
Today was a good day eating -- I had an egg/cheese and salsa for breakfast, faux-tato salad and a hot dog for lunch and a big salad, broccoli and NY Strip Steak for dinner. Around 9:00 I had 3 tbsp of cream whipped up as a little treat - since it's a holiday weekend.
Have a great Atkins week!! |
