Re: Keeping Track - daily | | When I started Atkins I used a small school notebook to plan my menus, with the carb counter from the back of my DANDR to estimate my likely carb intake.
Then when out and about I wrote down all I ate in my PDA (so I would not forget anything) which I kept in my bag or pocket then copied the info into my main notebook in the evening when I got home.
