But when he was back it was extremely difficult to stick to the plan so I know EXACTLY what you're going through. Just stick it out and know that its your strength that wants to make that accomplishment and with that drive you can and WILL DO IT! You know, you are so right! I know that, I guess thats why it feels even more awful...I know I have been using him as an excuse. You definately do understand me! And thanks for the ...

!! Your absolutely in the right to say what you thought might sound harsh...but its just smack right on! And thanks!

I am almost in tears here! I am usually good while he is at work, and by the time he gets home its like I am jealous that he can eat whatever he wants and I want to have fun with him too...so I end up messing it up!

But today, I turn over a new leaf (or tree) and I will take your advice and munch on something healthy before he gets home...Then will give myself a pep talk or visit here while I am making his and my 3 kids dinner. If we go out, I will be stubborn and stick to my plan! (it started out with me feeling guilty by saying we can't go there cause they don't have anything for me...u know? like chinese or something.)
Any ideas of what to have at places like chinese, sushi/japanese, or mexican places?? That would be very helpful!
Thanks again!
