I do sometimes have nights I don't wake up but most nights I do wake up to go to the bathroom. If I get up, I drink more water. I could down a 20 oz bottle but usually stop myself from drinking the whole thing.
I have decided I love my water more than my sleep.
So I agree..if you are thirsty, drink.

I wish I could say drinking water during the middle of the night is what keeps me up but I've been waking up 3 or 4 times a night for years...WAY longer than I've been drinking the amount of water I'm drinking now. I figure if I'm up I might as well drink something.
