Re: How do you track your daily carbs? | | I use fitday, I track everything I put in my mouth (except water). I have been at this for a few months and don't really measure quantities as much as I use to. I guesstimate a lot on veggies. It is also easier for my boyfriend when he cooks, all he has to write down or tell me is example: A handful of mushrooms. But I do weigh them every now and then just to make sure. As for cheese and liquids I still measure.
I use to use caloriecountplus but they don't show the portions as well as fitday.
